To keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and correctly identify any faults, we have invested in the Mercedes-Benz XENTRY and Star diagnostics equipment.
We have full access to WIS and TIPS which allows us to check Mercedes-Benz technical bulletins and give us access to the latest workshop information. Waterhouse Braintree Ltd provides a wealth of expertise from our qualified technicians, who keep up-to-date with the latest courses and technical information provided by the Mercedes-Benz Group.

VEHICLE SERVICE
At Waterhouse Braintree we offer very competitive labour rates compared with the main dealers.
We maintain the highest quality; all service items used are in accordance with the manufacturer's schedules, this means we can service your car without compromising any manufacturer warranties.
With access to the most up-to-date service schedules and the use of genuine parts and lubricants, we will update your Digital Service Record online through the Dealer Network portal, and where necessary stamp your service book.
Your warranty will remain intact when we service your vehicle whilst it’s still under the original manufacturer's warranty, as we use genuine parts and follow all the manufacturers servicing schedules.
We will never carry out any additional work without contacting you for your authority first.

AIR CONDITIONING
We can carry out all air conditioning service and repairs on both the old gas (R134a) and the new gas (R1234yf) systems.
LEASE VEHICLES
We can carry out service and repairs to any vehicles covered by a lease plan through our 1 link system.
LOAN CARS
We offer courtesy cars, on a short-term basis, while your vehicle is in our workshop. There is no charge for Waterhouse Braintree Ltd courtesy cars, however there is a small daily fee for the full comprehensive insurance provided.
VEHICLE REPAIRS
We use genuine parts which provide you with a 2-year warranty on the repairs we have carried out.
We also stock an extensive range of genuine Mercedes-Benz service parts in the Waterhouse Braintree Ltd Parts Department. We would always recommend using genuine parts, however if you wish for us to source a good quality alternative, we will be happy to do so.
Whilst your vehicle is here with us, once we have identified the required repair you are welcome to visit the workshop and talk with the technician working on your vehicle. All replaced parts will be available for inspection at the time of collection.

MOT
We are an authorised MOT testing station and can carry your MOT out for as little as £40, using all the up-to-date MOT testing equipment.
Our qualified MOT testers have over 45 years of MOT testing experience.
